Refund Policy

At O Smart.AI, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds. By making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Returned within 14 days of the purchase date

1.2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Items purchased on clearance or sale
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Products with tampered packaging or missing serial numbers

1.3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@osmart.ai with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

2.2. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

2.3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@osmart.ai.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@osmart.ai with details of the issue.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

4.1. Customer Responsibility

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4.2. Exceptions

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4.3. Return Shipping Address

The return shipping address will be provided once your return is authorized by our customer service team.

5. Refunds for Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
