Refund Policy

All sales made through Osmart are final. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. Refunds are considered only at Osmart’s sole discretion and strictly under the conditions mentioned below.

A refund request may be considered only if:

  • The product is found to be defective, damaged, or non-functional upon arrival.

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The customer provides clear photos and a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package, seal condition, complete unboxing, product, and the issue.

  • The product is unused, with all original packaging and accessories intact.

  • The issue is verified and approved by Osmart’s technical team.

If a refund is approved:

  • Osmart may deduct forward shipping charges, return shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and any costs related to missing or damaged packaging or accessories before issuing the refund.

  • Refunds are processed only after successful inspection, serial/IMEI verification, and confirmation that the product shows no signs of use.

  • If the issue cannot be reproduced during inspection, the product will be returned to the customer, and the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that are functioning properly

  • Damage caused by the customer

  • Incorrect or incompatible purchases

  • Discounted or offer-based purchases

  • Used products

  • Products returned without original packaging
    Except in rare cases of a proven Dead on Arrival (DOA) condition supported by a valid unboxing video.
