3. Shipping Coverage

4. Shipping Charges

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
6. Delivery Attempt & Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure accurate shipping address, contact details, and availability.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to origin and no refund will be issued.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery.

Visible damage to outer packaging should be reported immediately to the delivery partner.

If a product is found damaged or defective upon opening:

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

The issue must be reported to support@osmart.ai within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims raised without required proof or after the specified timeframe will not be accepted.
8. Split Shipments

Separate tracking details will be provided where applicable.
9. Address Changes

Address changes are not permitted once an order is placed and processed.

Osmart is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
