At Osmart, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines order processing, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and responsibilities.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on osmart.ai are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Osmart is not liable for delays beyond its control.


3. Shipping Coverage

  • Osmart currently delivers only within India.

  • International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping offers are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at Osmart’s discretion.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for select locations and products.

  • Osmart reserves the right to accept or decline COD orders.

  • Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for future orders.


6. Delivery Attempt & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure accurate shipping address, contact details, and availability.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to origin and no refund will be issued.


7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery.

  • Visible damage to outer packaging should be reported immediately to the delivery partner.

  • If a product is found damaged or defective upon opening:

    • A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

    • The issue must be reported to support@osmart.ai within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims raised without required proof or after the specified timeframe will not be accepted.


8. Split Shipments

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages in certain cases.

  • Separate tracking details will be provided where applicable.


9. Address Changes

  • Address changes are not permitted once an order is placed and processed.

  • Osmart is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.


10. Force Majeure

Osmart shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or courier service disruptions.
